Somatic Experiencing is a body-based trauma therapy that helps release chronic tension, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect you to a sense of safety.

This method helps you calm your inner critic and build self-worth by learning how to respond to yourself with kindness, especially during moments of stress, shame, or emotional pain.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps you identify and shift negative thinking patterns that affect your emotions and behaviors. It’s practical, structured, and proven effective for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms.
